Expanding Retail & Warehouse Operations in the Southern Highlands


As ARB 4x4 Accessories expanded its footprint beyond Wollongong, the need for a strategically located, high-quality retail and warehouse facility became evident. To meet the growing demand for auto accessories in Sydney’s rapidly expanding suburbs, ARB turned to Australian Temporary Structures to design and deliver a sleek, functional, and purpose-built facility in Braemar, Southern Highlands.


The result was a modular, state-of-the-art showroom, retail space, and warehouse, meticulously designed to reflect ARB’s premium brand image while ensuring maximum functionality and efficiency.

ARB 4x4 Accessories Project Overview


  • Location: Braemar, Southern Highlands

  • Structure Size: 433m² warehouse, 195.3m² showroom, 150m² retail space, 75m² mezzanine

  • Primary Use: Retail showroom, warehouse storage, and office facility

  • 433m² Warehouse Space – Provides ample storage capacity, allowing for inventory expansion and streamlined logistics.

  • 195.3m² Showroom & 150m² Retail Area with 75m² Mezzanine – Creates a seamless customer journey, blending product display and retail functionality.

  • Dedicated Office Space – Features three offices and open-plan workspaces, ensuring collaboration and administrative efficiency.

  • Modern Architectural Design – Incorporates glass windows and half-glass walls, balancing aesthetics with functionality for a premium shopping experience.

  • Glazed Shop Front with Automatic Double Doors – Provides a welcoming entrance, reinforcing ARB’s strong brand presence.

  • ARB Entrance Façade with Security Roller Door – Enhances security and brand identity, ensuring a visually striking yet protective entryway.

  • Two Warehouse Roller Doors – Ensures efficient stock movement and vehicle access, supporting warehouse operations.

  • Two Amenities & Lunchrooms – Designed to provide comfort for staff, supporting a productive work environment.
